    A dedicated desk for 1 signle user with 24/7 access on a rolling monthly agreement (with 1 months notice to cease)

    Includes up to 32 hours per month free meeting room access*, The use of The Media Centres' address as a business address with mail receipt and sorting and access to a communal kitchen

    Fob Deposit:

    When you sign your licence to begin your Flex package you will be asked to make a payment of £20 as a deposit for your access fob. This deposit will be returned to following the end of your service when the fob i returned to us in good working order.

     

    Cancellation Policy:

    This is a rolling monthly agreement and cancellation of the agreement can be made by giving 1 months written notice by email to info@themediacentre.org 

     

  • Flex: Your Desk is currently fully booked

    At this time all Flex: Your Desk workstations are in use, however if you would like to be added to the waiting list for when a desk becomes available, you can indicate this below and complete the form in prepartion and use the other Flex services in the mean time

    Alternatively you can change your service selection above to Flex: Daily, Flex: Weekly or Flex: Office and complete the form elements for these services.

  • If you are not a director of the business, we are not able to set up the package under the business name or provide a business address as we cannot do this without a directors authority.

    We can set up the service in your name with all invoices addressed to you so you can then claim back any agreed monies with your business directly.

  • As a Flex: Your Desk user, you will receive a mail box for your business (unless previously stated otherwise).

    As we are providing a mail box service, under the Anti Money Laundering Regulations (AMLR) 2007 and 2017 (as updated from time to time), we may be required to verify the identity of those we deal with. This may include checking against electronic and other databases (public or otherwise). 

    Therefore we will require that:

    Prior to commencing your service, you will be required to show 2 original documents of identification at reception. These dcumants are:

    • A currently valid document of Photo ID (e.g. a passport or a driving licence)
    • A document dated within the last 3 months which is addressed to your home address (e.g. Bank statement, mortgage statement, gas / electric / water bill, countil tax statement)
  • Payment information

    Payment is required by monthly Direct Debit. Invoices are issued within the first 10 days of the month and drawn from your account on the 24th of each month (or next working day if the 24th is a Saturday /; Sunday or bank Holiday)
  • Completing a direct debit

     

    For us to set up your billing, you will need to complete and submit a direct debit mandate. 

     

    You can do this by:

     

    a) Downloading the Direct Debit mandate (below) then printing and completing this and passing this to reception before or no later than the 1st day of your service.

    Please note that you will need to complete this in pen as banks will accept a wet signature document only and will not accept a print or a copy.

     

    b) Completing a paper copy at Reception (as printed by us) when you arrive for your first day of service and collect your fob.
