  • Prior Presentation: I agree that this abstract will not be presented at a major north American meeting held prior to HRX (December 2-4, 2021). If this abstract is accepted at such meeting, I will contact the Heart Rhythm Society to withdraw by October 18, 11:59 p.m. ET.*
  • Responsible Use of Animals: I agree that this abstract is in compliance with the position of the American Associate for the Advancement of Science in requiring assurances of the responsible use of animal in research (AAS Resolution: Use of Animal in Research, Testing and Education.)*
  • Human Experimentation: I agree that this abstract confirms to the principle of the Declaration of Helsinki of the Work Medical Association*
  • Right and Release: I understand that if my abstract is accepted, the Heart Rhythm Society (HRS) intends to publish my abstract in the December supplement of the Cardiovascular Digital Health Journal, and that if my is abstract selected, HRS may capture both the audio and video aspect of my presentation. I understand that the Heart Rhythm Society requires all presenters at HRX to sign an Abstract Presenter Letter of Agreement Form for the purposes stated above.*
  • Embargo Policy: Accepted abstract will be embargoes until 5 pm on Wednesday, December 1. This means that information regarding any abstract submission may not be released before this time. I understand that failure to honor embargo policies will results in the abstract being withdrawn and barred from Presentation.*
