PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Design consultation is $50. This will be deducted from final cost if the design project is booked and completed. This covers consultations within a 20 mile travel radius from Atlanta. Additional mileage will accrue @.55/per mile.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to book your project along with this signed and dated contract. All design projects are to be paid in FULL (30) days prior to date of design. This is to ensure ALL supplies are available for your design selection. Your design project will be cancelled if payment is not received. A rebooking fee of $250 in addition to a new deposit will be added to rebook. Prettyboidesigns has the right to refuse rebooking of project for any client.
Prettyboidesigns policy does not allow observers, spectators, or clients at the time allotted for design project(s). This ensures our unique design technique which seperates us from the rest. Countertop projects are completed in 1-3 days and floor projects are completed in 3-4 days depending on client adherence to outlined instructions detailed in this contract. Prettyboidesigns will not be responsible if outined instructions are not followed.
All areas for design must be free of debree, furniture, etc. prior to design date. Any debree, furniture not removed will result in delay and/or cancellation of project. If rescheduled, a $750 rescheduling fee is due immediately. A new date and contract must be signed to confirm design project reschedule. Prettyboidesigns has a right to refuse rescheduling for any client that does not adhere to these instructions.
Environment for design must be set at 70-73 degrees Fahrenheit for design process. It will take 8-24 hours for epoxy to dry at 75-77 degrees Fahrenheit. Adequate venilation is needed during design preparation. Air conditioning must be on to elimintate humidity. Drying time is 4-6 hours to touch, 24-48 hours to walk (without shoes) and 3-4 days to apply furniture. Design area(s) are to remain free of children and pets during the drying process. It is the clients responsibility to adhere these instructions . In the event that the countertop/floor is disturbed a 50% redesign fee will be charged to the client. No exceptions.
Prettyboidesigns will not complete design project(s) with any other contractors on site for the day(s) allotted. No exceptions.In the event that adherence to instructions detailed in this agreement are not followed no slander or derogeratory comments will be posted on ANY social media platforms or websites. It is our goal to ensure exceptional customer service and 100% satisfaction to our clients.
You will receive your invoice for deposit within 24 hours of receipt of contract agreement to the email provided on this agreement. Payment is due immediately to confirm appointment date and project. Confirmation email of pament received will be provided. Final payment invoice will provided once deposit and agreement are received. Please submit payment by the due date on this agreement or consultation fee and deposit will be forfeited.
