This option has a single camera man using a mobile camera on a gimbal. He is mobile and can move to various parts of the ceremony, provided they are all within same venue. Ceremony Only -- This option has a camera mounted in a fixed position, a second camera at the ceremony that we can zoom tilt and pan. We include a mobile camera on a gimbal that captures other parts of the ceremony e.g. Bedecking and Groom’s table. This is streamed to a custom page setup for the event and to a Zoom meeting as a backup link. The following features are included in our Standard Package: • Mobile camera on gimbal roaming between events at the ceremony • Fixed Professional Camera on Chuppah or canopy • Roving Professional Camera (Zoom, Tilt, Pan) • Live editing desk to cut between cameras • Simultaneous stream to Zoom or Teams as a backup link • UPS and backup power • Backup recording Device • Multiple routers with different provider for constant connectivity • 1x Wireless Microphone • Custom Login Page • Password protection • Recording of the stream for later review • DVR Experience • Setup • 1 hour of Streaming Additional hours or part thereof will be billed at R1.700 per hour, Travel costs may apply.

This agreement contains the entire understanding between the YouView and the Client. It supersedes all prior and simultaneous agreements between the parties. The only way to add or change this agreement is to do so in writing, please put a check mark by each term
Expectations of YouView:*

The service provided is a live web streaming service of your event. This is not an edited and produced recording (We recommend a professional videographer be employed to capture the full ambiance of the event.)Multiple Routers, laptops and cameras are used in order to avoid technical failure.We usually stream to two services, YouView and Google Meet or Zoom(costs may apply). We record to an SD card so that we have can upload your recording immediately after the event so that your remote audience can view it later.To provide a continuous video with as little interruption as possible, we may need to reduce frame rates, bitrates and resolution to compensate for poor internet connections. As a result, we cannot guarantee specific quality of image or sound. We recommend that you hire the services of a professional videographer to produce a high-quality recording.Even though we use multiple devices and utilize multiple connections we cannot be held responsible for technicalities outside of our control, such as network failure, poor signal, bandwidth throttling and routing issues.We cannot be held liable for technical issues incurred by the viewers or their equipment.Should the stream be disrupted, we will upload our recording of the occasion to your page immediately after the event.We will provide technical assistance, via the channels on our page for an hour prior to your event. This will cease one the event starts at its scheduled time. Please make sure your audience logs on early so that they can benefit from this opportunity.

The Client agrees that the Reservation Deposit is required at the time of signing the contract and the Outstanding Balance is due on the day or before of the Event.
