At Click we understand how hard it can be to monitor spending by Providers. To make this process very easy we are able to allocate specific budgets for providers based on your service agreement in place with them or the amount that you wish to spend with that particular organisation.
It is important to ensure that service agreements that you enter into do not exceed the budgets within your NDIS plan to ensure that the funds will be sufficient for the full duration of the plan.
Once these budgets are allocated on our system these budgets can be tracked via an app on your smart device for specific providers and spending is visible in real time.
Please Note: we are always happy to look over service agreements with you prior to signing to ensure that there will be sufficient funds to cater for the agreement. We can also assist to ensure that agreements are in line within the constraints of your NDIS plan and also within the parameters of the NDIS Pricing Arrangements.
