*A non-refundable deposit must be placed in order to hold your puppy, and the remaining balanced must be made within 48hrs before pickup.
India Broom will be referred to as breeder or by name within the contract.
1. The breeder guarantees that the puppy described above is in good health at the time of the sale and has been properly cared for prior to the sale. The breeder guarantees that the puppy described above has received age appropriate vaccination and dewormer prior to the sale. Proof will be given to the seller.
After picking up the puppy, the buyer have 72 business hours to get the puppy described above seen by a licensed veterinarian of your choice to assure the puppy is in good health. If the veterinarian does not consider the puppy healthy, the breeder must be contacted with proof within 24hrs so a solution can be made. If failed to do so, the agreement is void.
The breeder cannot be held responsible for stomach issues, thyroid diseases, seizures, allergies, sarcomas, tumors/cancers, or autoimmune disorders due to the unknown environment of which the puppy had been exposed to.
The breeder is also not responsible for any vaccine or other medical reaction. There's no way of knowing if a puppy is going to have a reaction until he/she has been exposed to it.
All puppies have been microchipped. The microchip is to not be removed unless advised from a licensed veterinarian due to the chip affecting the health of the puppy/dog.
There is a 2 year health guarantee for PLL (Primary Lens Luxation), PRA-PRCD (Progressive Retinal Atrophy, Progressive Rod-Cone Degeneration), and PRA-RCD3 (Progressive Retinal Atrophy, Rod-Cone Dysplasia 3). These genetics diseases are common in Chinese Cresteds. All dogs and pups will be clear, or a carrier at worse, of these diseases. No breeding dogs/puppies will be affected.
2. The breeder CANNOT guarantee the size and conformation of a puppy. While a puppy may look promising as at a young age, puppies go through a lot of changes as they mature. Meaning certain traits or physical apperance can always change.
The breeder cannot warranty the temperament/personality of any puppies produced. Though, there will be temperament tests done on the pups. And while genetics do play a role, the environment in where the puppy is raised and how it is raised can also affect a puppy's temperament and personality. The breeder have no control over the environment once the puppy is out of the breeder's care. That said, the temperament test will give you an idea of how your pup can turn out but due to the roles that play a factor in this situation, I cannot make that guaranteement.
The breeder has begun desensitizing, training, and socializing the puppies; it is important and recommended that the buyer continues this when the puppy is in his/her care. It is also important that the buyer finishes getting the puppy's vaccines. (Please be mindful when bringing out in public before he/her is fully vaccinated)
3. All puppies are sold on limited registration unless discussed otherwise. Not every puppy will have the option to available for full registration. Health, temperament, and structure are important.
4. The buyer agrees to provide proper care and adequate shelter at all times. The buyer also agrees that's if the puppy/dog is allowed to roam freely, creating a public nuisance, or found abused, neglected, or living in poor conditions the breeder has every right to repossess the puppy/dog and possibly charge up to a $4,000 fine. No refunds will be given.
If for any reason throughout the puppy's/dog's life the seller no longer want or can no longer keep the pup/dog, the seller must contact the breeder to arrange for the puppy's/dog's return back to the breeder. A refund will be discussed; MINUS the deposit, cost of vet visit by MY veteranarian, and any additional medical expenses if needed.
If the puppy/dog is given away, sold, or surrendered to a shelter/rescue facility, the seller will be fined $4,000 for breaching the contract.
If court is needed for any breaching of the contract by the buyer, the buyer WILL BE responsible for covering all court cost.
