TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PLEASE READ EVERYTHING CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER
ORDERING POLICY
• Please make sure you are 100% sure buyer before placing an order. We do not allow changing of orders unless we haven't secured your order/s yet.
• Below 18 y/o are restricted from ordering unless you have a parent/guardian consent and will take full responsibility of your orders.
• We do accept combined shipping as long as you can wait for the arrival of your orders.
PAYMENT POLICY
• Down payment is required to secure item/s. No DP of 30% or 50%, no confirmation and processing of orders. Payment should be made within the given time after receiving an order confirmation.
• Please pay on or before the given deadline to avoid late payment fees or you will be charged 100PHP per day.
• Only paid orders with proof of payment submitted in our POP form will be acknowledged. We will not accept POPs via direct message and email.
SHIPPING FEE
• We will not be collecting local shipping fee. Only the item price + packaging fee.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
• Cancellation of orders after submitting an order form is strictly prohibited. There is a cancellation fee of 250PHP or 20% of total orders for those who want to cancel their order or will be posted as bogus buyer/joy reserver.
• If you have settled your down payment then suddenly wanted to cancel it, we will not issue a refund regardless how much the amount is.
• If you have previous orders from us and decided to cancel your new orders, we have no choice but to cancel everything. Your orders will not be received or any refund from us will not be given.
• We have the right to cancel your order if you are unable to settle the required amount (down payment) to reserve the slot.
REFUND
• Strictly NO REFUND. Orders opted to be canceled that are partially or fully paid will not be refunded. If an instance that the order/s is/are out of stock, only then the refund will be given. Damage or lack of items will also be refunded if you inform us within 24 hours of delivery providing an unboxing video as proof.
ON BUYERS' BEHAVIOR
• Impatient and rude buyers will not be entertained. We have the right to CANCEL THE TRANSACTION and REFUSE ANY CUSTOMER who shows rude behaviors towards the shop.
• DO NOT SPAM US IN ASKING FOR UPDATES. Always check our masterlist for the status of your orders.
ONHAND ITEMS
• For on-hand items, we allow 3 days reservation or you can pay as you order. Failure to pay within the given time will void the reservation.
DELAYS
• We have no control over delays. Package arrivals may be interrupted in some cases, particularly during ECQs and inclement weather. The shop will ensure to notify you to be able to track your orders.
LOSS AND DAMAGES
• We are not liable for loss and damage of items due to third-party involvement such as Korean supplier loss/delay and Courier loss/delay as this is beyond our control. Rest assured that we will pack your items TIGHTLY AND SECURED and we will inform the buyer if there are any damages.
• We do not accept returns or exchange of items for reasons such as; scratches, warps, breaks, rubbing, dents, rip, dirt, or any damages that are delivered to us.
