- Please fill out the forms below so the staff and volunteers in the Annie R, Mitchell History Room can help you. Please provide as much information as possible so we can assist you.
- The Tulare County Library will search for obituaries at no cost to patrons residing in the San Joaquin Valley Library System (SJVLS) service area.
- Requests from patrons outside the SJVLS service area, require a $3.00 donation or more per obituary. Please send a check to the Tulare County Library Foundation for $3.00 care of Tulare County Library History Room with your Obituary Request. The funds help to support the work of the volunteers and staff to provide these services.
- If the exact date of the obituary notice is unknown, we will search newspapers printed a maximum of 7 days after the date of death.
