One-Day Guest Pass Request

Pass allows access to Schaumburg Tennis Plus, Meineke Recreation Center or the Community Recreation Center.
- One-day Guest Pass grants access to fitness center, lap swim, basketball courts, racquetball courts, tennis courts, sauna and whirlpool (subject to location and availability).
- Check in at membership desk with valid photo ID prior to use.
- Must be used within 7 days of issuance via confirmation email.

- Restrictions apply without limitation.
- Lap swim at STP and CRC only during posted lap swim hours (no lap swim during open swim hours).
- Lap swim hours vary, please contact us at 847-490-2505 for questions or additional information.
- Additional court fee will be assessed for racquetball court and tennis court use; basketball courts are open for use outside of scheduled programs.
- Contact facility prior to court use with any questions about court fees or basketball court availability.
- You must agree with the Membership Waiver by clicking the box in the next section.
- First time guests only. Must be at least 18 years of age with valid photo ID or 14-17 years of age accompanied by parent/legal guardian while at a Schaumburg Park District Facility.
- Facility hours are subject to seasonal changes as well as closures due to maintenance, events and more. Check facility hours prior to using the facility.
- Fitness centers close 30 minutes prior to building closure, please check with facility location for current fitness hours.

By registering for Park District Activities, Programs and/or Leagues, or purchasing a Membership, the registrant(s) realize the inherent risks involved in the Activity, Program, League and/or Membership and appreciate the nature of the risks. The registrant(s) hold harmless the Schaumburg Park District and its officers, agent, servant and employees for any damages caused by participation in this Activity, Program, League and/or Membership. Individuals registered for a Fitness Pass or Activities of a strenuous nature are encouraged to seek a physician's approval. Registrants and participants permit the taking of photos and videos of themselves and their children during Park District activities for publication and use as the Park District deems necessary. Everyone using a fitness center is required to stop at the front desk and present their fitness pass or valid driver's license before using the facility (racquetball, track, fitness center, gym, pool, tennis courts, etc.). A valid driver’s license is required as proof of residency. Mortgage or lease copies are accepted with manager's approval. NO EXCEPTIONS. Schaumburg Park District is not responsible for lost or stolen articles. I realize and accept that this registration and/or membership purchase is issued at the discretion of the Schaumburg Park District and may be recalled or revoked in their discretion at any time.
