Beginner/Low Impact Dance Fitness - MONDAY 11.10AM
Easy to follow routines that are taught in detail before putting the music on. This will be an easier class than the 10am class which is now full.

For peri and post menopausal women. This class will mobilise your entire body and improve your strength and flexibility. This class is easy to follow and you can work at your own pace adapting the moves to your fitness level.
