RESERVATION AGREEMENT
This is an agreement (Reservation) creating a non-exclusive right of the undersigned Reservation Holder (You) to participate in our Priority Selection Program.
By delivery of a good faith Priority Selection Deposit of $5,000.00 and a signed Reservation Agreement, You will be among the first to receive all new community information and have the right to decide to purchase a PREDESIGNED HOME or HOME SITE at Cinnamon Shore South in the next phase releases.
Your deposit will be placed in an escrow account maintained by Texas National Title, and, will be applied against any Earnest Money Deposit required by the Purchase Agreement.
This reservation agreement may be terminated at any time and by either party, and once the buyer elects to terminate, the refund will be processed within 30 days.
Currently the builders have home plans in design that will be released over the next several months, and the developer is simultaneously working to bring new phases into Cinnamon Shore South to make available for purchase. The developer of Cinnamon Shore South AND Builders will not offer any purchase options, in their initial offerings, to anyone who does not have a secured Reservation position.
All information listed in the bullet points above will be provided to the buyers who signed a reservation agreement and who sent in their reservation deposit. Prices will be made available prior to the release dates.
