  • Thank you for supporting small-batch baking. Each batch is prepared with care, by one pair of hands, in small batches. I'm truly grateful to share it with you.

    By completing order form, you agree to the following.

     

    Pickup

    Pickup window is between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM only. Please arrive within this time, as orders not collected within the window will be forfeited, with no refunds or rebooking. Kindly plan accordingly as we’d hate for your order to go to waste.

     

    Cancellations & Refunds

    Cancellations may be accommodated if requested at least 7 days before your scheduled pickup.

    As each batch is prepared in advance, cancellations made closer to your pickup date may no longer be eligible for a refund.

     

    Delivery & Safe Transport

    Baked by Adelle is a pickup service. If you'd like your order delivered, you're welcome to arrange your own courier. Please remind your driver to handle it with care.

    Once your order leaves our hands, responsibility for safe transport passes to you or your chosen courier. We're no longer liable for any damage or mishandling that occurs during transit or after release.

     

    Allergens & Product Appearance

    Our products are made in a home kitchen that handles common allergens including eggs, dairy, and gluten. Please keep this in mind if you or your recipient have any sensitivities.

    Each batch is handmade, so slight variations in size, shape, or finish are completely normal. It's part of what makes it made by hand.
