Open Position Descriptions:
Talent Manager - Full time position (32 hour work week / 4 day).
Talent Managers are responsible for representing the best interests of the performers which Lori Lins Ltd represents. Day to day duties include, pushing and submitting on camera actors, print models, voice actors and other performance based artists for potential employment opportunities. Scheduling and assisting with audition opportunities. Negotiating talent wages and performance contracts, including having a knowledge of all local employment laws and SAG/AFTRA regulations. Working hand in hand with productions, including producers, directors, and advertising agency personnel of all types, to assist with talent needs. Attending live performances, and discovering new faces.
Assistant Talent Manager - Full Time Position (32 hour work week / 4 day)
Assistant Talent Manager is an entry level position, who assists the talent managers with day to day operations, working towards the goal of becoming a talent manager. Day to day duties include preparing submissions and packages of talent for various production opportunities. Working directly with performers to obtain auditions and submission materials, including operation of audition equipment and script reading. Assisting represented talent with marketing materials, headshots, video reels, and resumes. Management of new submission inquiries of talent looking to join the agency.
Qualifications:
Ideal candidates might have a background in marketing, sales, theatre production, or performing arts management. Knowledge of audio / video production a plus. A Bachelor’s degree or advanced education and work experience in the field is preferred. Organization and communication skills are a must. Persons currently in the business and/or with a hunger to learn the business are encouraged to apply. Both seasoned professionals as well as entry level candidates will be considered.
Compensation and Benefits:
Wage is negotiable based on qualifications and individual expectations. Each employee working with Lori Lins Ltd. is offered paid vacation, sick leave, a health insurance allowance and profit share. Positions are offered with a hybrid in-office and remote work model. Full Time positions are offered on a 4 day work week, with a rotating schedule.
