Once we obtain signature from the employee, we will upload to your client portal, notifying you it's complete. If this is for a new hire, we will send them the respective onboarding paperwork automatically once they sign the offer, and proceed with the new hire process, notifying you every step of the way.

    You only need to answer this if you pay a different rate for classes from the base hourly rate. What is typical is to pay min wage when the instructors or coaches are not in training for their regular hourly earnings and then pay a separate rate for their time when they are coaching a class. If that is the case, you would need to indicate what the base pay rate would be in the previous question. If you need to adjust this, click "previous" 2x to go back to that section. If they get paid a different rate for different kinds of classes, please list each out in detail.
