Once your quote is received the deposit must be paid to lock in your order for the specified date.
All orders must be paid for in full one day prior to pick/up delivery date.
All orders should be made at least 2 weeks in advance, or a $25 rush fee will be added to your order.
No changes can be made after 7 days prior to the pick-up/delivery date.
If unsatisfied with the final product all items in question must be returned to receive a refund. Refunds will exclude the price of ingredients.
Any cancellations made by NuNu’s NomNoms will receive a full refund.
Orders must be picked up within the pick-up window or the order will have to be picked up another day.
Delivery orders will wait at specified drop-off locations for 10mins. After 10min the order will have to be picked up.
Delivery orders will not be left alone. Orders have to be placed in the custody of someone 15 yrs old or older.
All orders will be held for 2 days after pick up or the order will be forfeited.
