Order Terms and Conditions
- Once your quote is received the deposit must be paid to lock in your order for the specified date.
- All orders must be paid for in full one day prior to pick/up delivery date.
- All orders should be made at least 2 weeks in advance, or a $25 rush fee will be added to your order.
- No changes can be made after 7 days prior to the pick-up/delivery date.
- If unsatisfied with the final product all items in question must be returned to receive a refund. Refunds will exclude the price of ingredients.
- Any cancellations made by NuNu’s NomNoms will receive a full refund.
- Orders must be picked up within the pick-up window or the order will have to be picked up another day.
- Delivery orders will wait at specified drop-off locations for 10mins. After 10min the order will have to be picked up.
- Delivery orders will not be left alone. Orders have to be placed in the custody of someone 15 yrs old or older.
- All orders will be held for 2 days after pick up or the order will be forfeited.
