Booking Policy

Please note the following.
1. To secure and complete your booking, you will be asked to pay a non-refundable booking fee of £10 per bed. This will deducted from your final balance and secures your sleepover date.
2. Full payment will be required 10 days before your sleepover date.
3. A damage security bond of £50 will also be required 10 days before your sleepover date. This will be refunded back to you upon inspection of the equipment and within 72 hours of collection. Please ask if you have any questions, we are here to help.

Do you smoke in your home? *
PLEASE NOTE! Unfortunately to protect our equipment, we cannot accept parties if you smoke within your home. If we arrive and smell smoke, your party will be automatically cancelled and you will not be eligible for a refund.
Do you have pets?*
PLEASE NOTE! We please ask that if you do have pets that you keep them away from our equipment to avoid damage and to protect children with allergies. If we find animal hair on our equipment, there will be an automatic laundry cost of £20 deducted from your damage security bond.
