The Service Provider agrees to service the equipment specified below hereto subject to the following terms and conditions.
The Client agrees to give all reasonable assistance to The Service Provider's representative and in particular will ensure him that the conditions in which he will be working will be safe.
This agreement is for an initial period of twelve months and thereafter will remain in force until terminated in any of the following cases:
- By either party giving a calendar months written notice to the other;
- By either party forthwith for failure of the other to remedy a breach hereof after receipt of reasonable notice requiring it to do so.
- The Service Provider herewith holds the right to cancel this agreement if they feel that any of the staff has been misstreated by the Client
If this agreement is terminated as above up to 50% of the outstanding contract charge may at the discretion of The Service Provider.

1. Rates for services.
The monthly rate for maintenance will be {totalCost} and shall be payable in advanced each month on the 1st but no later than the 5th of every month starting on the {date} in to C Networks bank account. Any payments not made by the 5th day of the month shall be considered overdue, C Networks may levy a late payment charge equal to 10% per month on any overdue amount.
2. Maintenance Calls
C Networks agrees to provide maintenance service including upto 1 maintenance calls per month as required at {currentAddress} on the listed equipment above. If any equipment changes, is upgraded or added this needs to be added to this maintenance aggreement and the amount adjusted accordingly. This agreement is limited to the listed equipment and all maintenance calls from the client are limited to C Networks operating hours as follows:

Mo to Fri: 8am to 5pm
Telephonic / Whatsapp / Remote Support:
Mo to Fri: 8am to 5pm
If services are requiered out side these working hours an additional fee will be charged at R800 call out (incl one hour labour) for onsite support or R450 per hour for remote and telephonic support

To cover increased maintenance costs there will be a annual escalation of 10% on renewal of this contract
3. Services
The following services are included:
Maintenance, firmware upgrades, software upgrades. If persons other that the Service Provider's representatives performs maintenance or repairs and as a results further work is required by the Service Provider to restore the equipment to operating conditions, such repairs will be billed at Service Provider's published times and rates stated above.
4. Agreement
The undersigned Client agrees that he/ she is the owner of the equipment or has the owners authority to enter into this agreement
The Agreement is subject to acceptance by the Service Provider. It takes effect on the date written above and continues in effect for 12 months and will remain inforce there after with automatic monthly renewal until cancelled in writing by either party.
