To ensure I am able to fulfill your grooming needs please fill out this application. *PLEASE NOTE* Only accepting dog that weigh 40lbs or less and dogs that are groomed on a regular schedule. I am booked weeks in advance and may not be able to accommodate you based on your dog and location. The wait list is reviewed on a regular basis as opening become available. Thanks
