Appointment Cancellation Policy

Our goals at Why Nutrition, Corp are to take proper care of you and other clients before, during and after your weight journey. In order to do that, it is important for you to arrive at least 10min  prior to your scheduled appointment time whether it is 1:1 counseling session or group counseling session.

 

Late cancellations and no-shows prevent us from scheduling others who are waiting for opportunities to get appointments to be seen. In order to be able to assess your needs as well as the needs of your fellow clients, everyone must cooperate. In an effort to assure this is accomplished:

 

CANCELLATION-With any New client consultation, 1:1 Pre scheduled Counseling or group counseling appointments, you must give at least 24hrs notifications in advance of cancellation of your appointment you are unable attend at the specific time scheduled. You are allowed up to 3 cancellations, after 3 your case will be placed on hold 1 full month and only after that time you can resume the program. 

LATE ARRIVALS- If you are more then 15min late for your appointment you MUST reschedule. This backs up the appointment schedule for all clients & staff.

NO SHOW- If a no show occurs, this means you never arrived at your appointment. You will be re-scheduled 1 time and if there is a second no show at anytime your case will be placed on hold for 1 full month ans only after that time you can resume the program. 

If you have been placed on hold for any of the above reason, and upon resuming the program, you continue to cancel or not show up for appointments, Why Nutrition, Corp will review your case to determine whether you're an appropriate candidate for weight management program.
