TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Terms and Conditions Term. This Agreement shall commence on the agreed date (either the day before or the day of the event depending on access and plans) and remain in full force and effect until Equipment is returned to or collected by the Owner. Collection will happen at a time agreed with the venue or renter but no later than 24 hours after the event. Payment. Renter shall pay the balance due no later than 7 -3 days prior to the event. If the booking takes place between 3 days of the hire date, payment must be received within 24 hours. The damage bond will be returned no later than 48 hours after the collection of items, as long as everything is in acceptable condition and returned. All payments will be returned the same way they were paid. Late Payment. If Renter fails to make payment of outstanding balance, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and withhold the initial money paid. Teepee hire, Care of Equipment. No Slime, ink, paint or glitter are to be used around the hired equipment, it will be considered damaged. No excessive pet hair in the area of the Teepee set up or animals to be sleeping on beds. Please vacuum the area you wish the teepees to be placed. The items are meant to be fun and played with. Obviously, very overzealous play may result in some damage. Whilst we do ensure we use high quality teepees, children will need to be supervised whilst using the teepees and accessories to ensure safe play. Please DO NOT REMOVE BEDDING in particular the green mattress covers, please DO NOT WASH any bedding, if anything got wet or soiled please leave the green mattress cover on and put the soiled sheet, blanket etc to the side. Bouncy Castle Hire . Owls and Stars Party Hire will not be responsible for any injury occurring while using the bouncy castle. Any damage to the bouncy will mean no refunded bond money. No shoes, no pets, no sharp objects, no ink, no paint are to be used on the bouncy castle. Any damage or theft of hired equipment will mean your bond will not be refunded to cover costs of stolen or damaged equipment. OWLS AND STARS PARTY HIRE will not be held accountable for any injuries or allergies. Parties must be adequately supervised. Loss or Damage. Renter shall alert Owner to any damage to the Equipment. Reasonable wear and tear and signs of play / use are accepted. Cancellation. Any booking cancelled up to 3 days before the event shall receive a refund of monies paid. For any cancellations after 3 days before event, refunds will be issued at the discretion of the company. If Owls and Stars Party Hire need to cancel the hire, the customer will be granted full refund. 💜What size are the mattress's and are they foam? 💜Answer: The mattress's are a full size single mattress and are foam so no risk of popping. 💜What if my child wets the bed? 💜Answer: We use waterproof mattress protectors, so no need to worry. 💜Are the teepees big enough for teenagers? 💜Answer: Yes, the mattress is just over 6ft long and the teepees have plenty of room underneath them for adults. 💜Can we hire the teepees for a full weekend? 💜Answer: Yes, we offer half price for a 2nd night. 💜Can we ask for custom theme? 💜Answer: Yes of course, we try to cater to the individual style the customer. 💜Do you except cash? 💜Answer: No sorry, online payments only. It insures you keep your booking date. 💜Can I cancel? 💜Answer: Yes, Between 72hrs to 48hrs notice to cancel before said date. 💜What is the weight limit on the bouncy castle? 💜Answer: It can hold 100kg, it is recommended for ages up to 10 years old with 4 kids at a time. 💜Do donuts come with the donut board? 💜Answer: No sorry, we think it's best for the customer to select their own donuts for freshness. 💜What comes in the Lolly bags? 💜Answer: Gummy lollies, we select a random range of gummy lollies, no chocolate incase of allergies or melting.
