  • Its official!  The Scarborough Sunset Markets are now hailed "THE BEST MARKET IN PERTH"!!  We return this summer for another cracking season of chilled summer night vibes and amazing sunsets.

    Calling all foodies, photographers, artists, clothing designers, accessories, beach and lifestyle products and entertainers to be part of the sixth Scarborough Sunset Markets at the beautiful Scarborough beachfront. 

    If you have a HOT new product, food or beverage offering, we want to hear from you!

    This year we aim to further reduce single use plastic and waste across the entire event - all approved stallholders will be required to be 100% compliant with our revised and non negotiable Eco-Friendly policies and commit to helping green our event and protect our beautiful beaches.

    These markets will take place every Thursday night from 7 November 2024 - 24 April 2025 between 5pm and 9pm.

    This is an expression of interest form only and does not guarantee a place at Scarborough Sunset Markets.

    Please note preference will be be given to current financial members of the Scarborough Beach Association (who have their business locally). Stallholders will only be notified by email if their submission has been accepted for the upcoming season. Fields marked with an asterix (*) are mandatory.

    Fees

    Food Stall Marquee or Vehicles = $495 + GST

    Coffee, Beverage & Dessert Stalls 3m x 3m or Vehicles = $235 + GST

    Retail Stall 3m x 3m = $140 + GST

    Scarborough Beach Association Members = $99 + GST

    Not for Profit Charity - non food only = FREE (subject to available space)

    Brand Activation = Price on Application

  • If you do not have a website or social media presence, please provide images of your product via email markets@kinnandco.com Please include branding / logos. This information will be used in the selection process and promotion of the markets.
     


  • Food & Beverage Stallholders

    All food & beverage vendors are required to supply documentation under the public health act and City of Stirling bylaws for food compliances with all safety regulations concerning the preparation, storage, display and sale of food and beverages. If you intend to sell food and/or drinks, you must submit an "Application to Sell Food at Events" to the City of Stirling. This application must be submitted to City of Stirling a minimum of 4 weeks prior to trading.

  • A copy of your Food Act 2008 Certificate of Registration and other permits maybe required. Successful applicants will be advised of these requirements in due course.

  • Insurance

    All stallholders are required to provide a current certificate of a minimum $10 million Public Liability insurance. It is highly recommended that all stallholders have insurance for the products, especially if selling food.

    To assist our administration process with refunds due to any cancellations during the season, can you please provide your bank account details? These are kept in confidence and securely protected. Please ensure details are correct.

  • Agreement

    I certify that I have read, understood and agreed to abide by the Scarborough Sunset Markets terms and conditions as attached and outlined above. I understand that if I, or any of my staff, do not comply with the rules and regulations, I may be asked to leave the event site or be liable for any resulting damage to equipment, the venue or people. I agree to comply with the Scarborough Markets management directives. I, as the owner / operator of the stall, hereby indemnify the event for any loss, damage, liability or any other action in any way resulting from my stall application or use of my stall site area.
