• Troop Meeting on GSGWM Property Rental Form

    GSGWM properties can be rented for up to 2 hours Monday-Thursday for meetings or a troop activity, or SU or other Girl Scout adult meetings. For Friday-Sunday rentals, multi-troop activities, or any rental over 2 hours, fees will apply and must be paid at the time of rental.   • First Aid and CPR All activities on GSGWM properties require an adult

    certified in First Aid and CPR.

  • Acknowledgement and Payment:

    I have read and agree to follow all applicable Safety Activity Checkpoints and  all of the Girl Scouts of the Green and White Mountains Council Policies and Procedures. I agree that members of our group will be respectful of each other, the facility, and the environment. I understand that the processing of payment does not guarantee site reservation, and that until we receive a GSGWM confirmation, the space is not yet booked for our use. I understand that GSGWM properties may be rented to multiple groups at a time, and I will be respectful and promote the Girl Scout Promise and Law with other groups and in shared spaces of the property.
