We will notify you when your pet is ready for pickup, we prefer you pick up 30-45 minutes after being alerted. Should you need more time let us know. We do offer daycare play or extra walks. Should your pet soil itself we must charge a small fee to rinse and re-bathe or ask you to return the next day.
