The more accurate and detailed your information, the better chance your animal has for proper placement and a successful future. Our priority intakes include: Strays, homeless, abandoned, abused, and injured animals. We encourage you to reach out to other rescues as well, as we prioritize intakes based on the individual animal’s level of risk. Owned animals are generally not considered high-risk, as they have a human advocate to speak for them.

Due to the overpopulation crisis caused by backyard breeding, and not sterilizing household pets- rescues are overwhelmed and overcrowded. Do you understand that there is a ,minimum $250.00 surrender fee associated with surrendering a dog to our rescue. These fees go towards their vetting and care. This fee is due upon agreement of the rescue to take in your dog and must be paid to riverviewrescues@gmail.com Do you understand and agree to pay the fee
