Delivery
Sweet Grace only offers delivery at this time. Delivery occurs between 11:30 - 3:30 Tuesday - Saturday. Delivery radius covers all of San Antonio and most of the outlying cities. Delivery is $10 up to 30 miles and $1/per mile thereafter. This rate does NOT apply to any multi-tier cakes or large events, that rate is calculated at $1/per mile. Delivery cost will be added to your final invoice.

If you would like 2 digits (for example: 20) you will need to add 2 for quantity. Cakes will include 2 layers of homemade cake, buttercream frosting, homemade mini chocolate bars, chocolate covered pretzels, fresh strawberries, and 1 type of fresh flowers per digit. **Macarons are not included but can be added for an additional $2.50/each at your request.

Multi-Tiered Cake
Cakes that are more than 1 tier are priced per serving. Sweet Grace begins tiered cake pricing at $4/ per serving. $4/serving includes 1 cake flavor and no filling for the entire cake and white smooth buttercream. Additional charges for fillings, multiple flavors, colored buttercream, complex design elements, florals, etc apply. Multi tiered cakes delivery fee is $2/mile and a $75 setup fee if you will need the cake setup at the venue. Please visit my website for further information.

Cakesicles are a whimsical and delicious way to add some extra pizazz to any event. They are similar to a cake pop but different in that they are larger and shaped like a popsicle. Sweet Grace cakesicles are $45/dozen and that includes one chocolate color, drizzle, and a custom sprinkle blend. Additional items/details will incur an additional charge. A fun way to add some extra crunch to your cakesicles is to request Sweet Grace add our housemate funfetti crunch into the center!

Strawberry towers are available in 3 different sizes and feature chocolate covered strawberries and fresh flowers. HEB hydroponic strawberries are used when available (because they are truly the best) and when they aren't available Sweet Grace sources other high quality strawberries. Allergen information: Products contain the following allergens; Eggs, nuts, peanuts, soy, milk, wheat. This food is made in a home kitchen and is not inspected by the Department of State Health Services or a local health department.
Sweet Grace is NOT responsible for any damage that happens to our baked goods after they have been delivered/set up, left our hands. Under no circumstances should any baked goods be left out in direct sunlight or in temperatures above 65 degrees Fahrenheit. Doing so will result in damage to the items. ion 2
Payment: Orders booked 21 days or less in advance of event date:100% payment due at time of bookingOrders booked more than 21 days in advance of event date:25% non-refundable deposit, remaining 75% due one week prior to event date *Wedding orders and large events are subject to different payment terms.
Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable. The deposit covers materials and the initial consultation with Sweet Grace to discuss and design your custom items. If Sweet Grace needs to cancel the order due to no fault of the customer your full payment, including deposit, will be refunded to the client within 7-10 business days of notification.
Refund Policy- Sweet Grace does not offer refunds. However, we do allow a one time date change. Sweet Grace must be notified of the date change at least 14 days prior to the original event date. If we are not notified in time Sweet Grace will provide freezing instructions to keep your items fresh until you hold your event. *Date change dependent upon availability.
Delivery: Sweet Grace does not offer pickup, we are currently delivery only. Delivery occurs between 11:30 – 3:30, someone must be present to receive the goods. Delivery is free for orders $100 and over, within 30 miles. Delivery is $10 for orders under $100 (Excluding Multi-tier cakes, please see below). All items must be handed directly to someone in order to ensure the integrity of the goods. If there is no one present for the delivery Sweet Grace agrees to wait 10 minutes and contact the client through any/all methods provided. If there is no one to accept the goods after 10 minutes the client is responsible for paying an additional delivery fee of $10 and the item will be delivered on the next available day. Sweet Grace is not responsible for the condition the item arrives in if delivery is not able to be made on the agreed upon day. *If Sweet Grace is not contacted within 48 hours to reschedule pickup or delivery the goods will be forfeited and no refund will be given.
Custom Designs: While I do my best to re-create designs and inspirations from client photos I CANNOT guarantee that the final product will be identical. Sweet Grace reserves the right to utilize our own style and we do not re-create exact versions of other artists work.
Fresh Flowers, fruits, fillings (if applicable): If your item includes fresh flowers, fruits, and fillings please keep chilled. Due to the fragile nature of fresh flowers they will only look their best for around 10-12 hours after delivery and should be kept cool. Dowels: It is important to note that with many items there are dowels and toothpicks which are sharp and may cause injury. These are put in place to ensure the integrity of cakes and certain design elements. It is the responsibility of the client to remove the dowels and toothpicks prior to consuming the cake. It is never advised to smash the cake on someone due to the sharpness of the dowels which may cause injury. Sweet Grace assumes no responsibility for any injuries caused.
Sprinkles/Edible Decorations: Large/shiny sprinkles used on cakes are reminiscent of jaw breakers. They should be consumed with caution. Other decorations on cakes dry over time including (but not limited to) fondant/gum paste and become hard. Please use your best judgement when eating them. *If you’d prefer a softer sprinkle please notify Sweet Grace of the at the time of ordering.
