Every photograph submitted is subject to moderation before it is uploaded on the exhibition page. The Green Hub of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences reserves the right to assess and disregard any photograph at its discretion, and disqualify any photograph that it deems inappropriate.
The submitted photograph must be original, and unpublished, and taken by the contestant. By entering the competition, the entrant warrants that the submitted photograph does not infringe on the copyrights, trademarks, moral rights, rights of privacy/publicity or intellectual property rights of any person or entity, and that no other party has any right, title, claim or interest in the photograph. The Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences is not liable for any costs, damages, injuries or other claims incurred as a result of the entrants’ participation in the competition.
