Please prayerfully look over these various needs and opportunities, and ask the Lord if He is calling you to serve in ministry at Saint Timothy’s. OCIA SMALL GROUP LEADER. This team facilitates small group discussions for OCIA every Sunday from 10-11:30am from Aug 4th, 2024 – Jun 8th, 2025 (excluding 12/22, 12/29, 3/2 & 4/20).What team(s) are you interested in serving on? (Select all that apply)

OCIA PARISH MENTOR. A mentor is willing to commit to journey with an individual through OCIA, to encourage, support and mentor them as they become Catholic, and commit for one additional year (a roughly two-year commitment in total) to help them get involved in the parish. Involves attending all trainings and OCIA meetings, which are Sundays from 10-11:30am from August 4th, 2024 – June 8th, 2025 (excluding 12/22, 12/29, 3/2 & 4/20)OCIA SMALL GROUP LEADER. This team facilitates small group discussions for OCIA every Sunday from 10-11:30am from Aug 4th, 2024 – Jun 8th, 2025 (excluding 12/22, 12/29, 3/2 & 4/20).OCIA DISMISSAL TEAM. This team facilitates Dismissal during the 9am Mass to help the OCIA catechumens reflect on the readings and the Homily. Members of this team facilitate once every 3-4 weeks, usually with a co-leader. They attend another Mass for themselves as they leave the 9AM halfway through. Sundays from Sept 1, 2024 – April 13th, 2025 (excluding 12/22, 12/29 & 3/2).OCIA INQUIRY TEAM. This team meets in the Front Office Conference room after the 9am Mass on the 1st and 3rd Sunday of every month to greet and answer questions of those interested in becoming Catholic or who are seeking to complete their Sacraments as adults.ADULT CONFIRMATION SPONSOR. This team attends our Adult Confirmation program on Wednesday evenings in the Easter season (April 23, 30 & May 7, 14, 21, 28 & June 4, 2025) from 7-9pm. They serve as Confirmation sponsors when candidates do not have a suitable sponsor.PRAYER TEAM. Commit to praying a weekly rosary or holy hour in front of the Blessed Sacrament for our adults and programs at Saint Timothy’s, as well as being contacted to pray for specific intentions & events.HOSPITALITY TEAM. This team periodically provides food, supplies, hospitality, and extra hands for larger events and various special gatherings of our adult ministries.CREATIVE TEAM. This team is comprised of individuals with professional experience (in building, environment, audio, visual art, lighting/projection, photography, videography, graphic design, printing, social media, web design, or another field) who would be willing to donate their talents to help our programs be the best they can be when a need for such skills presents itself
