I have an up-to-date Shuzoku Wado-Kai Association licence.
I will have held my current rank for the required period (e.g. held 1st Kyu for 6 months prior to 1st Dan).
I have my instructors permission to attempt the grade.
I will pay the £25 application fee before the application deadline.
If successful I will pay the £50 registration fee.
