    Brooklyn Arts Council accepts and reviews applications year-round on a rolling basis. Please note that you will be asked to upload a cover letter, resume, sample lesson plan, and work samples of your professional and student work. You will also be asked to provide the names, titles, and contact information of three people who are familiar with your work in arts education. Questions with an asterisk * are required. All questions regarding identity are optional, and are collected for statistical purposes, so that we may track who we are reaching with this application form. You may begin this application and return later.
