  • The Christmas Festival in Stadium Park at Optus Stadium is BACK!

    Stadium Park at Optus Stadium, home to the "Most Beautiful Stadium in the World 2019", will once again host a beautiful urban Christmas market right on the swan river!

    Set around Optus Stadium in a stunning natural urban landscape where the sun melts into the city skyline against the magical Swan River.  These markets will again feature free Christmas movies in the outdoor cinema, award winning kids playgrounds, free family games, roving Santa Clause, curated food & retail offerings, live entertainment and all the good festival vibes we love to create at our signature events.

    Be part of the sixth instalment of another one of Perth's premium annual market offerings by KINN & Co! 

    These markets will take place Sunday afternoon and evening on 8 & 22 December 2024 between 4.00pm and 8.30pm.

    This is an expression of interest form only and does not guarantee a place.

    Stallholders will only be notified by email if their submission has been accepted. Fields marked with an asterix (*) are mandatory.

    Fees

    Food Stall 3m x 3m or Vehicles = $430 + GST

    Coffee, Beverage & Dessert Stalls 3m x 3m or Vehicles = $225 + GST

    Retail Stall 3m x 3m = $165 + GST

  • If you do not have a website or social media presence, please provide images of your product via email markets@kinnandco.com Please include branding / logos. This information will be used in the selection process and promotion of the markets.
     

  • Food & Beverage Stallholders

    All food & beverage vendors are required to supply documentation under the public health act and Town of Victoria Park bylaws for food compliances with all safety regulations concerning the preparation, storage, display and sale of food and beverages. If you intend to sell food and/or drinks, you must submit an online application for a "Temporary Food Business Permit" to the Town of Victoria Park.

  • A copy of your Food Act 2008 Certificate of Registration and other permits maybe required. Successful applicants will be advised of these requirements in due course.

  • Insurance

    All stallholders are required to provide a current certificate of a minimum $10 million Public Liability insurance. It is highly recommended that all stallholders have insurance for the products, especially if selling food.

    To assist our administration process with refunds due to any cancellations can you please provide your bank account details? These are kept in confidence and securely protected.
  • Agreement

    I agree to comply with the Markets management directives. I, as the owner / operator of the stall, hereby indemnify the event for any loss, damage, liability or any other action in any way resulting from my stall application or use of my stall site area.
