Watch My Hands Work LLC has the following policies to ensure a positive and successful service
Please ensure that you fully understand these terms and conditions before you sign.
No extra guest
No children under the age of 12
All clients will be shampooed to receive service
New clients are required to receive a detox treatment.
If a client chooses to decline a recommended treatment Watch My Hands Work LLC has the right to refuse service
If hair is Tangled or matted a detangling fee will be charged and price is of the discretion of the stylist
Services cannot be changed same day of appointment or during installment of service
All clients are asked if they have any allergies or medical conditions. Watch My Hands Work LLC is not responsible for any medical emergencies during/ after appointment
Hair is provided for MOST of the protective styles listed on the booking page. If you desire to bring your own hair please be advised that it may compromise the longevity and look of the style.
A complimentary maintenance service is offered to the client within 24 hours of appointment. After 24 hours the client is responsible for the maintenance and longevity of the style/service. If maintenance is still desired after 24 hours a charge will be acquired and is of the discretion of the stylist.
A $15 late fee after 15 minutes and a dollar a minute up to 30 minutes. After 30 minutes appointment is canceled
The client is entitled to 1 cancel and rescheduling with their deposit . After 14 days from original appointment date deposit is forfeited . The client must now reschedule with a new non- refundable deposit.
No refunds will be offered.
