Service Areas:
We are based in New York and New Jersey, and also service Los Angeles, Pennsylvania, and surrounding areas.
• Travel fees start at $150 for the first hour $50 for every 30 minutes after
• Events beyond 3 hours require additional travel fees.
Catering Minimums:
• New York & Surrounding Areas: $1,000 minimum
• Los Angeles & Surrounding Areas: $1,500 minimum
Minimums are based on your selected menu, guest count, and food quantities.
Catering Fee:
A flat $100 catering fee applies to all bookings. This covers expenses like food inflation, aluminum pans, kitchen rental, catering boxes, insurance, and small decor items (like florals).
Booking Timeline & Deposits:
• We accept bookings up to 3 months in advance with a 50% deposit.
• For weddings, reunions, and large-scale events, we recommend booking 6–8 months in advance with a 25% deposit to secure your date.
Important Notes:
All inquiries are responded to within 72 hours.
Please confirm your date is available with Chef Chanel before paying the $20 consultation fee.
If you pay the consultation fee without confirming availability, it will not be refunded.
