Mock interviews with Hollins alumnae/i

Please email your resume to careercenter@hollins.edu by September 27 so that it can be shared with the alumna/us you're interviewing with. Identity in the Workplace Networking Sessions
Identity is at the root of how we as individuals experience the world. We do not shed our social identities when we enter the workplace. Instead, they inform how we work with others and often determine who has access to power within the organization. For that reason, it’s important to take time to discuss social identity and how it impacts your work, including relationships with colleagues and organizational culture. These sessions will discuss how you might find a support network (even when a formal one does not exist), ways to determine if a company is inclusive and equitable, and how others have navigated the intersection of identity and the workplace. Breakout groups will discuss race/ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, mental health, and disability in the workplace.
Do you wish to participate in Identity in the Workplace networking sessions?

Please select the breakout discussion you would like to participate in. Note: we understand and respect that you may identify with multiple groups but we ask that you please select the discussion in which you identify closest with.
