• Fundraising Day Request Form

    Important Details: Magill's welcomes schools, non-profit organizations, clubs and teams of 50 members or more, to request a fundraising day at Magills. Fundraisers must be requested 3 weeks in advance of fundraising day to allow us to properly staff and to allow you time to promote the event. Fundraisers are offered on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. We only allow one fundraiser per date and it lasts all day, not just certain hours. 25% of the sales made using your event code (which will be provided once a date is picked) will be returned to your organization in the form of check which we will mail to you within 10 days of your event. Magill's is currently offering Curbside and In-store Service with each fundraiser, which has made it easier, faster and more efficient to track. It also allows everyone to be included.

    Options shown will be no less than 3 weeks into the future to allow you time to promote your event and give us the lead time needed to staff properly. Fundraisers only occur on Monday - Wednesday. There are some blackout dates.

  • Once you submit this form, I will get back to you with your approved event date. Shortly after, I will send you a flyer to promote your event so that people understand the details of the event and how to place an order that will get your group the credit they deserve for the purchase.
