This agreement is to verify your vendor participation in the "Collaborations" event on Saturday, March 16, 2024. This event will take place at The City of God 857 Sandhill Avenue, Carson CA. Each vendor must bring their own 6-8 FOOT TABLE. Small business vendors are permitted to bring displays and stands however, if you are bringing an additonal table you MUST notify the event team at the time of registration. We encourage vendors to be as unique as you please with your display, however, loud music is prohibited. No outlets are available for electricity. Those needs should be specified at the bottom of the agreement. Vendors are advised to keep products and exhibits to an 8’x8’ display size. Larger displays should give prior notice to the event coordinator. Touch The World, The City of God is not liable or responsible for any accidents or incidents that occur while vendors, volunteers or patrons are on the premises. In addition, Touch The World, and The City of God assumes no liability or responsibility for any effects small business vendor products may have on patrons. Each vendor holds responsibility and liability for their own products and product effects. Vendors may have access to event space beginning 2:00 pm and set-up should be completed by 3:30pm. If additional time is needed please contact the coordinator for the event the night prior. No set-up will be permitted after 1:30pm. The event concludes at 7:00 pm and vendors have until 8:00 pm for break down. Participation in this event is voluntary and vendors reserve all rights to their products and services as well as payment received for these products and services. Vendors must pay the registration fee of $75 ($100 for food vendors) before vending space is reserved. Each additional attached table is $25 (no more than 2) Vendor expo floor location is chosen on a first come first serve basis. Thanks to the layout of "The Journey" all vending areas have an equal amount of visibility. There are no bad spaces. Show management pre selects vendor space for each small business based on your products, however, vendors reserve the right to request a different space, although it is not guaranteed. Payment shall be made directly through CashApp, Zelle or Paypal. The vendor fees are non-refundable. In the event of a proven accident, riot, strike, epidemic, an act of God or any other legitimate condition or occurrence beyond their respective control, "Collaborations" will be rescheduled for a date to be determined. In the event this event is canceled by Touch The World, The City of God this contract is null and void and vendors will receive a full refund. Small business vendors are entitled to use the name, likenesses, and other promotional materials provided for "The Journey". As a registered vendor you are welcome to submit a promotional item, i.e., coupon, business card, flyer etc., to be included in our announcements during our entertainment segment. Your submission of this form verifies your consent to these terms.
