A festive evening of music, handmade ornaments, giving back, and community cheer.

Whether you're a local artisan, performer, food vendor, we invite you to join us for a special night full of sparkle, song, and giving!

We are looking for Artisans to submit their holiday ornament collections to be sold by Wiebe Works for a 20% commission at the event.

We are looking for performers to perform main sets with a mix of originals and holiday music (30 minutes) OR performers to audition for our Art in The Garden Festival (June 13th 2026 in Langham) in 8 minute sets.

We are looking for food vendors to offer cozy holiday offerings to guests (ex. Charcuterie, Cookies/Danties, Chocolate, Hot Chocolate, Soups/Bread, Perogies and Sausages etc.). Food vendors must pay a vendor fee of $75 to reserve their space by November 15th.

All accepted artisans, food vendors, performers will receive a free ticket to the event.

Applications must be submitted by November 1st for consideration to Twinkle and Trim. Once all applications have been received, final allocations of spaces will be made by Nov 1st. Each successful applicant will receive a contract to reserve their performance slot or inclusion in our ornament display by November 5th, 2025. Further detailed information about the event will be sent out once the contract is received.
