Eligibility Verification and Consent

The entrant, digitally signed below, confirms eligibility for this competition.  This submission meets all competition rules, category guidelines, and represents unaided student work.

Participation in HARK is entirely voluntary. 

Participants release and agree to hold harmless HARK Festival organizers, associates, volunteers, and other organizations associated with HARK (hereinafter, “HARK”) from any and all claims or liability, including but not limited to personal injury or property damage, arising from participation in HARK.  Entrants release to HARK the right to use personal images and entries in promotions and publications.

Entries may be published by HARK online and in the HARK Journal.  Completion of the Entry Form releases first publication rights to HARK. Subsequent to publication by HARK, copyright reverts to the entrant.
