I look at all characters before starting so please check all boxes that apply to you or if you have a question please contact me.
I will bill you for the difference if you fail to check a box that applies to you. Failure to pay any outstanding difference will result in
a cancellation of your commission and a refund.

TERMS OF SERVICE

I prefer to have creative freedom overall commissions. If there is a specific thing you would like ie thumb in the mouth, bedroom scene, chaise lounge or something along those lines are fine, but the final position is up to me. If there is an idea you have, I am willing to discuss it with you. :]

1. Payments are non-refundable. The only instance where I would refund payment is if I was unable to complete your commission. If I'm half-way finished your commission when you decide to cancel, you're still responsible for the time I spent working on it. Keep in mind that I am forced to charge a sales tax based on where I live which is 6%.
2. Small edits are free. If I am required to edit something major caused by the lack of information you've given me, there will be a fee.
3. You're allowed to repost the image I've drawn for you so long as you link back to my account and leave my signature on the image.
4. When I'm commissioned, I will send you a sketch of the initial composition for small edits. Other than that you will see it when it's finished unless I happen to be streaming that day and working on your piece. 
5. I only start your commission upon the invoice being paid in full. 
6. If you want a style of the commission that isn't listed above, feel free to note me for a quote. I'm open to variations such as cell-shaded/painted portraits, busts, multiple characters, etc. 
7. All prices listed are per character and are subject to change if your character has a complex design (wings, additional appendages, props, detailed outfit, etc). If you are unsure if your character's design is considered complex, note me with the details and I'll give you a quote. 

I have also chosen not to draw ANY baby characters, most hard kinks such as scat, vore, mutilation, rape, incest. Etc. 
I also refuse to draw NSFW MLP, anything Disney related, or canon characters. [i realize this may turn some of you away, but most of those characters I grew up with and I would prefer to keep my image of them intact for the most part]

When receiving work from me, you will get a version that is full size and one that is a proper upload size to most websites. I ask that you use the one with the larger watermark in the center for these uploads so that work isn't stolen. I also ask that you do not remove my signature/watermark or alter the images in any way.
