APS School Use Request Form

Hello! This form is for troops within the Albuquerque Public Schools District who would like to request space at a public school for troop meetings or Girl Scout gatherings. It is recommended that you secure permission from your school’s principal before submitting this request. Please expect up to a 7 business day turnaround time for school use requests. APS requires that we submit exact dates so please check to be sure the school is open. If the dates needed are not available, we will ask you to look for alternate dates. If you are requesting to use the space multiple times, please tell us the range and what dates/times you are requesting.
