Grocery Store Worker Survey
You are invited to participate in a research survey of grocery stores across the State of Washington. The survey is being conducted by UFCW Local 3000 and is completely voluntary. This survey is not sponsored by any of these grocery stores, chains, or parent companies. The purpose of this survey is to provide clear and accurate information about the economic condition of grocery workers. As we approach a new contract bargaining cycle, the information this survey provides will be crucial to ensuring that members' priorities will be represented at the bargaining table. If you agree to participate, you will be asked to complete this online survey. This survey will ask about the work you do, your family, your housing, and your ability to pay for basic costs. The survey will take approximately 15 to 20 minutes to complete. To the best of our ability your answers in this survey will remain confidential. Please answer the following questions to the best of your ability:
Do you understand the purpose of the survey and that your answers will be kept confidential, and do you wish to continue answering the survey?
