Cancellation/No Show Policy

If it is necessary to cancel your scheduled appointment, we require that you call at least 24 hours in advance. Clients will be charged a $25.00 fee for failure to show or cancel their visit in a timely manner. Appointments are in high demand, and your early cancellation will allow another patient access to timely veterinary care.

If you do not show up for an appointment without contacting us we will require a $65 deposit to schedule with us again in the future and will charge this amount if another no show is performed.
