To qualify with Truck Game., you must meet the following criteria:

- Must be at least 23 years of age

- No more than 1 preventable accident in the previous 3 years

- NEED COPY OF THE POLICE REPORT/DESCRIPTION

- No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years (only one per year, not 2 in 1 year).

No convictions of the following in the last 12 months:

- Speeding 15 over

- Reckless/Careless driving

- Improper/Erratic lane change

- Following too close

- Failure to yield for emergency vehicle

- Failure to stop for sign or signal

- Using hand held device while driving

- No license suspension for safety related reasons in the last 5 years

- No DUI/DWI in the last 10 years

- No violation of the DOT D&A regulations in the last 10 years

- If NO experience, must complete 3 months of training.
