Please complete and submit this contract with full payment to Music Teachers National Association. MTNA reserves the right to refuse any exhibit if deemed inappropriate by the association. Exhibitor Information and Rules and Regulations become a part of the agreement between MTNA and the exhibiting company. Violation of the terms of this contract by any exhibitor may result in termination of the contract.

SHOWCASES

MTNA offers exhibitors an opportunity to present sessions designed to promote their products. There are 24 of these 60-minute showcases available during the conference.

Exhibitors may purchase one showcase for every booth purchased. Showcases will be assigned as available to companies requesting a showcase. If all showcase times are not filled, companies requesting multiple showcases will assigned any remaining showcase times.

Please refer to Section 3 in the Rules and Regulations for additional information regarding showcases.

Contract and payment must be received by 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time, September 19, 2025, to be eligible for showcase drawings.
