Hair Extension Service Agreement

First time clients, you can expect the following: In order to reserve your first hair extension experience a 50% retainer is required. This is Non- refundable. The Retainer will be applied to the over all cost of the service, with the remaining balance due on the day of your service. Please familiarize yourself with our salon policies at www.maverickthesalon.com in the event that you have to reschedule outside of the given 48 hour window for your first appointment an additional $200 retainer will be taken, this will not be transferable to further appointments. Extensions are an investment, specific quotes will be given once connected with your stylist. This investment generally covers your custom colored hair extensions, the application of seamless color blend of your natural hair to your extension hair, as well as the install of the extensions and your hair cut + style. The total cost of your service is customized during your consultation and based on where your hair currently is and what is needed to achieve a seamless blend with your dream hair. As a returning guest, you can expect the following: * Re-tightening of your extensions every 6-8weeks. This is a non- negotiable. *Replacement of hair extensions every 6-10 months with brand new hair. Some choose to refresh some of their hair sooner depending on preference. Extension install Maintenance appointments can range in price depending on the stylist you see and how many rows you need but your stylist will communicate your maintenance cost with in your first consultation. We believe its important for you to have full knowledge of the financial commitments needed to obtain your hair extension experience. Hair Extension Service Agreement

This HAIR EXTENSION SERVICE AGREEMENT (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is effective as of the date signed below between the parties “You” and “Stylist” (collectively referred to as the "Parties" and each a "Party").1. SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED. Stylist shall provide You a hair extension consultation and installation that serves Your needs (the “Services”)2. COMPENSATION a. The price You shall pay Stylist for the hair extension installation shall be agreed upon at the consultation or over the phone. Package pricing that includes the cost of your hair will be discussed and agreed upon. You agree to pay for the cost of the hair that you and your stylist choose prior to install. Any hair purchased without consulting the stylist will not be guaranteed by the stylist and is purchased at your own risk. b. Retainer. You will pay Stylist a one-time non refundable retainer of 50% of the agreed upon extension package at the time of booking.C.Pay Structure. You hereby agree to pay the Stylist the balance owed for the Services upon the completion of Services. 3. WARRANTY. Stylist warrants that all Services provided hereunder will be provided in a diligent manner that meets or exceeds generally acceptable industry standards.4. ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS. You agree to and acknowledge all of the following:a. You are aware that hair extensions warranty is only applicable if you take care of the hair extensions correctly and follow all of the Stylist’s rules and guidelines discussed with You during Your appointment or given to You in written form. These guidelines are also posted and available to you anytime at www.maverickthesalon.com as well as on maverick salon instagram page. b. You understand that you are fully responsible for the purchase of the hair extension package and acknowledge that 50% of the package is due at the time of booking. c. You understand that if the hair extensions are not a perfect match for Your own hair, they will need to be colored/toned to match and the cost of these services are built into the agreed upon package price.d. You understand that once You purchase the hair, You cannot get a refund or exchange the hair for new hair or a new color. e. You are aware and acknowledge that once the hair is installed, the color, method, and length that is purchased and installed is Your own choosing, regardless of the Stylist’s recommendations. f. You understand that the recommended move up period is 6-8 weeks in between appointments and Stylist cannot guarantee installation past then. g. You understand that 6 to 8 week maintenance is required. A removal is a charge of $25. If You go past the 8 week mark and hair needs to be treated for matting or molding, it will be an additional hourly charge. h. You understand that all issues with extension install past 7 days of wear is considered regular maintenance and will not be covered by the Stylist or Maverick the Salon..i. You understand that blending haircut is required with all extension installs and included in the initial package price. j. You understand that your scalp and head may be a little tender (especially when sleeping) for the first few nights after installation and may continue for up to a week or more. You acknowledge this is completely normal and once your scalp adjusts to this new object against it, the tenderness should go away however if you decide that you do not want to wear the extensions for any reason you will not be refunded for the services or the hair.k. You understand the hair extensions may contain beads that contain metal aluminum and are lined with silicone and that the tapes contain latex. You are responsible for alerting Stylist of any allergies before installation or immediately after if an allergy occurs! You understand that if an allergy occurs, your wefts may need to be removed and you will not be refunded for the services.l. You acknowledge a copy of the hair care sheet has been provided to You.5. REFUND POLICY. In the event You are not satisfied with the Services, you agree to notify Stylist of any issue within 48 hours, (2) days of the installation of Your hair extensions. At this time the stylist will arrange an appointment to adjust anything necessary. Any fixes will be made and You agree there shall be no refunds for the Services. After this grace period any adjustments or changes will have additional charges. 6. TIMING. You acknowledge and agree that the time required to install your hair extensions varies by method, hair extension, hair, technique, etc. and that Stylist makes no guarantees regarding the performance of Services being completed within Your timeframe. You are encouraged to schedule Your appointment on a day when You have no time restraints.
