    Gentle Yoga

    A relaxing all-levels class designed to warm the body and then gently and safely open you up from head-to-toe. (30, 45, or 60 mins)

    Energizing Yoga

    A faster-paced all-levels class that will incorporate movement paired with breath to build strength, mobility, and focus. (30, 45, or 60 mins)

    Meditation

    This 30-minute class strengthens your body and mind, starting with simple, gentle movement to warm the body and softening into an extended guided mindfulness practice.
