This Title Search option is for investors who wish to have a title search completed BEFORE going under contract. If you currently have an active contract and 24 Hour Closing is handling this closing, you do NOT need to complete this form, as the title search will automatically happen as part of the closing process (assuming we have received a signed buyer engagement letter).

Title Search does not include any opinion of title from a licensed attorney.

Does not include any estate documents if visit to county is required.
