I understand that submitting this application is not a guarantee that I will be selected to participate in the Sparrow's Nest Pre & Postnatal Massage Apprenticeship. I understand that if not enough people apply for this apprenticeship that it may be cancelled and rescheduled for a later date. Upon acceptance to the apprenticeship a non-refundable $250 deposit is required to hold my spot. I understand that this apprenticeship does not provide certification in pre & postnatal massage or continuing education credit.
