  • Terms & Conditions For Your Review-Imperfections

The client understand that on any installation there may be several dust/lint particles trapped between the film and the glass. This will not affect the adhesion or the performance of the window film. Even in a closed installation environment, there are still dust particles in the air. While all necessary precautions are taken to prevent and avoid dust and other contaminants, due to the nature of the mobile environments that we service your vehicle at, Sabulski Window Tinting cannot control 100% of all dust particles and therefore cannot guarantee a 100% dust and contaminant free installation. There has never been a perfect tint job completed on a vehicle, but strive for excellence and a look that you're proud of.

  • Terms & Conditions For Your Review-Gaps on Edges

While we make every effort to get the film as close to the edges as we can, when window film is installed there may be slight gaps. This allows for the water used in the installation to be squeegeed out. This also ensures that the film edges are not raised up by contact with the frame margin, dot matrix or other moldings, etc. Contact with the frame, dot matrix or moldings can lead to peeling of the film. A gap may also exist due to the type of glass or windows that the film is installed on.

  • Terms & Conditions For Your Review-Window Film Removal

On any window film removal, there is the possibility that the defrosters/antennas may be damaged when removing the window film. We will do everything in our power to save your defroster lines. We do this by using professional grade steamers to soften the glue and keep your defroster lines intact. There is still a risk when using steamers that your defroster lines will be damaged.

Sabulski Window Tinting uses stainless steel razor blades only when necessary, but in rare instances could result in some scratches on the glass.

  • Terms & Conditions For Your Review-Dot Matrix

A dot matrix is found on certain side windows and most back windows. These are raised ceramic dots on the glass that usually borders the windows. As a result, most films adhere poorly to this area, which results in a white appearance from the outside when completely dry. Certain back windows have the dot matrix on the top which can be a few inches wide.

Depending upon the thickness (above the surface of the glass) of the border, a very thin white line may appear from the outside when dry where the black border ends.

  • Terms & Conditions For Your Review-Scratches On The Glass

Any glass, brand new or old, can have light or heavy surface scratches, both internal and/or external. These scratches, although previously undetectable prior to window film being applied, will show up after the application of window film.

  • Terms & Conditions For Your Review-Interior & Exterior

Most paint is not perfect. Most vehicle interiors are not in perfect condition either. It is natural to look at any new purchase closely, especially one that changes the overall look of your vehicle as much as window tinting. Minute defects that were already there may now be noticed. Sabulski Window Tinting is not responsible for any minute flaws in the interior and/or exterior unless thoroughly inspected by the customer and Sabulski Window Tinting before installation begins.

  • Terms & Conditions For Your Review-Door Panels, Rubbers & Seals

We do not cut rubbers on roll up windows. At times it may be necessary to push them down to facilitate drying. You may roll all of your windows all the way down and up after 3 days from the installation date to make sure that all the rubber seals are up all the way and are not sticking down. If sticking, STOP rolling them up and down and contact us immediately. When film has been newly applied, the films surface is very susceptible to sticking to very tight rubbers and pulling them up and down with the movement of the glass. We spray a special polish/cleaner on your film and rectify the condition. If you do not cease rolling the windows up and down, the tint rolling the windows up and down can cause permanent damage to the door panels, windows, motors and window tint.

  • Terms & Conditions For Your Review-Window Film Scratches After Installation

All window film applied is scratch resistant but not scratch proof. Any scratches to the film caused by rolling the windows up or down after installation as well as nicks from seat belts is not the responsibility of Sabulski Window Tinting.

  • Terms & Conditions For Your Review-Window Tint Shades

If you choose film that is darker than the legal limit and you receive a ticket for window tint or do not pass a North Carolina state safety inspection, this is not the responsibility of Sabulski Window Tinting.

  • Terms & Conditions For Your Review-Warranty

Our window films are warranted to the original owner against cracking, peeling, bubbling and fading (less than 25% is normal) for a warranty period of 2 years for carbon films and a lifetime warranty for ceramic films.

In the event of film failure, we will replace any film deemed to be defective at no cost. If original film installed is not available, a similar or better film will be applied.

  • Terms & Conditions For Your Review-Invoices

Sabulski Window Tinting will invoice the client after completion of the tint project, unless otherwise noted in an agreed upon payment schedule. The client agrees to pay the invoice by the due date(s) specified.

  • Terms & Conditions For Your Review-Refunds

The client understands that there are no refunds after window film installation IF the quality of the window film and installation are deemed to be of quality by both the client and the business. We value transparency and quality work with integrity. As our client, you deserve to know what to expect, what we protect, and everything in between!
