we are looking forward to welcoming you to this year's FINA Swimming World Cup (01 to 03 October 2021) in Berlin.

To request your team's accommodation, please fill out the form below no later than 12th September 2021. After submition, our team will contact you and confirm the booking depending on availability.

Please note, that changes to your booking requests will not be accepted after 13th September 2021.

COVID information
The LOC has compiled a step-by-step guide (COVID PROTOCOL) to entering Germany for participating teams. (last updated: 02 September 2021). Please make sure to read the guide before answering the next questions.
Are all of your team members fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (Biontech/Pfizer, Moderna, Janssen, AstraZeneca) or have proof of recovery (within the last 6 months) needed to enter Germany? (see COVID protocol)*

Please note: As of now, quarantine requirements are waived for participants (team and staff) of international sporting competitions, if they can produce proof of participation and have tested negative prior to entering Germany. (more information see covid protocol)

If members require proof of participation at the event in order to waive quarantine requirements, please inform the LOC immediately (teams@swcberlin.de) and provide the following data per person:
The LOC will then prepare an official letter as proof that you are competing in the FINA Swimming World Cup 2021 – Berlin. Please note, that the registration and approval on FINA GMS must be completed beforehand.
